These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ninjatyping.com and all typing tests, practice tools, and content offered on it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ninja Typing ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Ninja Typing provides free online typing speed tests, exam-format practice modes, coding typing drills, language typing tests, and typing games. The Service is provided for practice and educational purposes. No account or registration is required, and all test scoring is performed locally in your browser.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its servers
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to harvest content or generate artificial traffic
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our passages, content, or code for commercial use without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text passages, articles, design, logos, and software — is owned by Ninja Typing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the Service for your own typing practice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. No Affiliation with Exam Authorities

Ninja Typing is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Railway Recruitment Boards, CPCT, DSSSB, any High Court, UPSSSC, or any other government or examination authority. Exam-format tests are practice aids designed to resemble official formats and do not guarantee any particular result in an actual examination. Always verify current requirements from the official examining body.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and may display advertising provided by Google AdSense and its partners. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external sites linked from the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninja Typing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
